These hinges are exceptionally well-made and exhibit a remarkably similar build quality to the high-end Blum hinges I��m replacing. I ordered the first 10 through the Vine program and was thoroughly impressed. So impressed, in fact, that I went ahead and ordered 60 more to complete our kitchen.The hinges we had installed on all our cabinets were from the renowned Blum brand, a manufacturer known for its premium quality. When comparing the older Blum hinges to these Furniware hinges, I cannot see any significant difference in quality. These new Furniware hinges are an ideal replacement, and I was able to reuse the screws from the Blum hinges to avoid altering or stripping out any existing holes. I have been able to simply swap the Furniware hinges into the exact spot the old hinges were in.The primary reason for replacing the old hinges is to incorporate the soft close feature. Our cabinet doors are all made of solid maple and are quite heavy. Most of our doors require at least two of these Furniware hinges to achieve a truly soft close. A few doors only needed one, but I��m not sure why those doors function differently from the same-sized doors that required two hinges to perform the same way. The soft close mechanism appears similar to many others and has been functioning well so far.I��m also particularly pleased with the three-way adjustments offered by these hinges (our old ones only had two-way adjustments). In addition to the functionality, it��s also great that the hinges are clearly marked to indicate the purpose of each adjustment screw. This feature is missing from our Blum hinges.Overall, these hinges seem to be an excellent quality product at an exceptionally reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
I am getting more and more into making my own cabinets. I am amazed at how many different types of hinges there are for the different types of cabinets! So read the ads carefully to assure you are getting the correct hinge for the style of cabinet you wish to use them on. These are for face frame cabinets which means there are wood strips (1 1/2 inches or wider), around the openings of your cabinets. They are also designed for the amount of overhang your cabinet doors have. I typically allow 3/4" overhang of my doors to the face frame. With that said here is my review of these door hinges:PROS:1) These are labeled on the hinge with all sorts of useful information (see pic 1). First off you see the 3/4 stamped into the hinge showing these are made for a 3/4" overhang. Very nice to read this on the hinge instead of having to get a ruler out to measure it. It also tells you which direction each adjustment screw will adjust. Again, nice to have a visual indicator making adjusting your doors easier.2) The direction are straight forward to help you get your holes in the right place. The only odd thing in the directions is the chart for how many hinges you need for a certain sized door. The door height in the chart is using mm, where the X-axis of the chart is using lbs. A little odd. The hole location chart gives the dimensions in both mm and inches.3) The close spring is strong (see pic 3).CONS:1) The soft close mechanism is plastic (pic 2). This will be the part that will wear out first. As much use as cabinet doors get, I would prefer there be no plastic components. But they do soft close well. Just understand that they are plastic and will wear.CONCLUSION:These are a pretty good hinges with some nice features. At the price point a fairly good value as well.RATING SYSTEM:I review a lot of products because I know reading other peoples reviews are very helpful in selecting the right product. I saw a reviewer that gave a rating scale and I thought, "that is useful". When one is reviewing from underwear to air compressors having a way to tell you why I rate is important.Here is my rating scale:5 Stars: Excellent product, I highly recommend this product for anyone.4 Stars: Good product, but there are some quality, functionality, or design issues, but will still work well.3 Stars: Okay product, it will work for some people but not all people. It works but not great.2 Stars: Is not very functional. It might work in a very specialized situation, but don't count on it.1 Star: Trash. I can't see any useful purpose for the product.
Review of Furniware 10 Pack 5 Pairs 1-1/4 inch Overlay Soft Close Hinges for Face Frame Kitchen Cabinet Hinges Satin Nickel - 3 Way Adjustability Concealed Soft Close Hinges Damper Self Closing :These hinges are being used in newly built cabinets. The hinges work great on solid wood paneled doors and they close perfectly. They look and feel to be a solid built hinge. I love this kind of hinge because they are compact and have very little sticking out inside the cabinet for things to catch on. For that reason, they are my favorite. They come with the push in type plastic dowels, but I prefer to screw the directly on the wood frame. The plastic dowels are easily removed from the hinges. It takes a 35mm forstner type bit for the cup to fit in and I use a drill press for that operation. I set the press to stop at the proper depth so there are no mistakes of drill too deep. It is also great that this supplier has all the different overlay sizes and quantity discounts. I do think the mounting screw that holds the door to the cabinet should be beefier so I use my own instead of the supplied screw.A side note if you find they close too slowly you can use one soft close and one standard hinge of the same style. This will make a big difference especially if you have small flat panel doors with ?�� ply panels that are light weight.
They look great and the triple adjustment made the sale and the softclose feature a big plus. No more banging cabinet doors or doors swinging open on their own. Very economical upgrade to my builder grade cabinets!!!
These soft close cabinet hinges are preset with a suitable slow closing speed, not too fast so that there is a bang when closing the door or too slow to wait for what seems like forever until you can get back to a working position. This point is very important for families with elderly people and children!
There I snot much to say with these other than they work as advertised. The 1/2" offset is pretty much spot on. Overall good hinges and feel like they are made decent enough to last a while, but time will tell as I have had other hinges fail so only time will tell on that.
These soft close hinges are great, reliable, and easy to install. Doesn't get much better than these, especially when, like in my case, they require no adjustments from the old hinges. I have had them installed for about 2 months now and haven't had any issues or failures. Great product!
Wow I have to say, these work great. I got them to replace one existing hinge that had broken, but now its so much better i feel like i gotta replace all of them! Soft close is really sweet

Remember to measure your items before buying anything. I had to measure twice and buy twice lol. I bought this after I made a mistake of buying a bigger one for a cabinet that I broke the handle. It was good and stury
While I was not happy with paying $12.95 for these little pieces of plastic, if you have these hinges, they do the trick. The doors are restricted from full open as described and worked perfectly, had to double one up to get a little more restriction and that worked fine also. Definately recomend if you are looking to protect your new kitchen doors. Would purchase again.
Good price compared to the box stores
Broke the factory hinge on my bath vanity and couldn't find the exact replacement. Gave these a try and replaced the broken one and was able to adjust it so the reveal on the door was perfect. Additionally, all of the holes lined up perfectly.
