Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@furniware.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a pre-paid return label.

  • For customer remorse (e.g., didn't like it, ordered wrong size): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
